Job Title: Government Support Specialist Job Description The Government Support Specialist will handle and support various tasks within the Government Support team. Responsibilities include order entry, order administration, and parts research. This role involves reviewing solicitations, obtaining pricing and lead times for parts, documenting and implementing processes, invoicing contracts, performing credit card transactions, and providing customer service to US Government Customers and Distributors/Direct Accounts. Hard Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with order entry and administration Knowledge of ERP systems (Baan preferred) Understanding of contracts/government terms (beneficial but not required) Soft Skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work with management, Legal, and various departments Excellent documentation and process auditing skills Effective communication and follow-up abilities Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Work Environment Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Dress code: business casual (jeans okay).
