The Senior Associate, Marketing will play a key role in driving Sunwealth’s marketing efforts, working closely with our CEO on planning and executing various marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Produce content for use in multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to collateral materials, blog posts, email newsletters, and presentations. Support print, digital, social media, and website marketing efforts in coordination with the CEO. Draft press releases and support earned media opportunities, including pitching to reporters, building media lists, and working with external stakeholders. Collaborate with staff across the firm to provide regular and ad hoc support on various marketing and communications initiatives/projects. Assist with investor communication and acquisition, including quarterly/annual reporting for existing investors and supporting additional investor requests. Support new market research and development opportunities for both investor development and project development teams. DESIRED TRAITS/QUALIFICATIONS 1 to 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, investor development, fundraising, or project management; experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design is a plus. Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Quick learner with strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills. Team player who recognizes learning opportunities and can flex to fill different roles in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Task master with high attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to work independently and within a team environment to help support the growth of a diverse pipeline of capital providers and development partners. Proficient with all MS Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus. Desire to address climate change and structural inequality through inclusive clean energy investment.
