Job Summary:

We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated business development representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for onboarding small businesses and customers to our Fyndr application. The role also includes developing an aggressive sales growth strategy and customer experience for existing relationships. The ideal candidate knows how to lean into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. We offer a base salary plus a robust commission plan. Role Responsibilities:
•Prospect new business and handle the sales process from cold calls to contracts
•Daily cold calling to hunt new prospects
•Conducting introductory in-person meetings with potential clients
•Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers.
•Keep the leadership team updated on new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM tools.
•Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new features or services.
•Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met.
•Attend online and in-person meetings, training, trade shows, and sales events
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred.
•Experience 0- 3 years
•CRM experience preferred.
•Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
