will be responsible to aid the Industrial Services management team in strategic, data-driven business decision making. This will require building financial/strategic plans, compiling monthly financial statements, monitoring business performance, and supporting strategic projects/initiatives. Responsibilities: Job duties include a mix of accounting, financial planning & analysis, and strategy/M&A: Assist in construction project analysis alongside month-end close to compile financial statements for the Industrial Services division:

Review fixed bid project contract values and cost estimates at completion to compose Work in Process schedule. Review time & material project billings vs. costs to compose revenue accruals. Review and follow up on month-end close accountability reports to ensure month-end schedule adherence.

Prepare and assist in the analysis of the monthly financial package including actual vs. budget/forecast performance and KPI dashboard; partner with operations managers to drive business decision making. Prepare biweekly project reporting and division financial package to deliver to executive team Assist in the creation and updates of acquisition target trackers, deal memos, financials summaries, due diligence trackers, and bank/board/executive materials surrounding acquisition targets. Assist in the preparation of quarterly board materials and long term strategic planning materials for the Industrial Services division. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts for the Industrial Services division. Partner with IT/Data department to build and maintain financial dashboards to easily monitor the live financial health of the business. Partner with Salesforce admin to build, maintain, and analyze Sales dashboards to drive business decision making and monitor success of sales department. Accredited Bachelor’s degree in

Finance / Accounting required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint required. Big 4 Accounting, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory Experience Heavily Preferred. Not an entry level position so needs to have job experience in the finance/accounting field.
