- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend solutions.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to assess the cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives.
- Presentations and Reporting: Present findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and project teams.
- Data Analysis and KPI Measurement: Provide expertise in data analysis, KPI measurement, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Project Execution: Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with the business case objectives and timelines.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor and support junior business analysts, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in developing and presenting business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and project management.
- Experience with Hyperion or Anaplan.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
