Position Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precise and timely execution of payroll processes for Highridge Medical's operations in the US, Puerto Rico, and other international locations, alongside managing tax preparations in collaboration with ADP Comprehensive Services. Additionally, you will oversee the Travel and Expense process, ensuring that employee expense reports are reviewed, approved, and processed in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll and T&E Analyst Role
- Manage daily payroll functions, including maintaining the payroll database, processing payroll, and distributing payment summaries to employees worldwide.
- Validate employee timesheets and verify payment details, including work hours and leave records.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors and employer of record systems to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing on a global scale.
- Coordinate payroll tax activities and perform reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance of payroll processes with local, state, federal, and international regulations by implementing best practices as regulations evolve.
- Utilize payroll processing software to automate administrative tasks, such as generating transaction reports and calculating taxes.
- Support workforce planning through labor trend analysis, historical transaction review, and forecasting model development.
- Gather, clean, and analyze travel, expense, and credit card data using Concur.
- Apply analytical tools to identify trends and anomalies in T&E data, conducting root cause analysis to understand variances.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and metrics to management.
- Assist in identifying and establishing KPIs for various components of the T&E Program.
- Continuously enhance reporting methodologies to improve data accuracy and relevance.
- Detect non-compliance and unusual travel patterns, collaborating with the team to address issues and enhance adherence.
- Propose updates to internal processes based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Work across departments to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks through automation and technology.
- Identify opportunities to optimize travel and expense expenditures while ensuring employee service and safety.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Company’s T&E Program and global payroll processes.
- Stay informed about changes in global payroll laws and regulations that affect payroll operations.
- Coordinate payroll tax reconciliation with third-party tax providers.
- Oversee the reconciliation of Global Corporate Payroll accounts.

Qualifications for the Senior Payroll and T&E Analyst Role
- Comprehensive knowledge of global payroll processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in global payroll management.
- Advanced certification from the APA (American Payroll Association), preferably CPP.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficient in standard tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, Celergo, and Concur.
- Exceptional reporting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and a solid understanding of financial data.
- Experience with travel and expense systems (e.g., SAP Concur) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills and self-awareness.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to learn independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
