Job Summary:

The Financial Data Analyst is responsible for the financial systems, handling of data and analytical support to Highridge Medical business partners, warranting the integrity of financial data and global consolidation of financial reports. Will provide timely support for business partners with accurate and updated information that is relevant to the business.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform primary administrator duties within OneStream, included but not limited to mapping requests, workflows, hierarchies, rules, dashboards and reporting views.
  • Develop and maintain various reporting solutions (within OneStream application or Excel add-in) in partnership with Operations, Finance and Accounting.
  • Create, update, and review financial reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within OneStream and partner with consulting firm to resolve.
  • Support the integration and data quality process from other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) into OneStream through confirmations, mappings and validations.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and reports for team and business partners as required.
  • Assist business partners with understanding financial systems policies, practices and providing training sessions for new users.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for/to business partners.
  • Create dashboards, charts and tables for presentation and data visualization.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Other Financial duties and projects as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements


  • B.S. in data analytics/finance or related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting analyst or systems administration.
  • Knowledge of OneStream or HFM Hyperion
