Job DescriptionThis role will be the primary leader of a new pilot program representing AT&T Small Business broadband and mobility. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, training, and developing Outside Sales Reps, while also maintaining a book of business/sales on their own.Responsibilities Be able to prospect, cold call, and visit small businesses offering fiber internet, VoIP, and Mobility Source, interview, onboard, train and develop new Outside Sales Reps Shadow team of outside sales reps on their sales calls to ensure top quality salesmanship/customer experience Administrative workQualifications B2B Sales Flow Prospecting and maintaining a funnel of sales opportunities Telecom/Broadband (fiber broadband, copper-line broadband, wireless mobility, VoIP) experience Previous experience leading a team of outside sales representatives Previous experience hunting and prospecting for new leads and referralsAbout UsAcosta and Mosaic are the sales and marketing powerhouses behind the most recognized and proven brands with top retailers in the United States and Canada.
