Job Description

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our CNS sales efforts. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
