Roca Bathroom Products is offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager for the US Market.
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Remote (East Coast USA)
Position overview:
- Managing a team of sales representatives’ agencies across US East Coast
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Reporting to National Sales Director
Duties and responsibilities:
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Preparing sales budgets and projections
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing territory sales plans
- Working with local marketing and product teams to align efforts and product launches which reflect brand positioning
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in Kitchen & Bath Products
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
- Travel availability of up to 50% of time
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, or related field
Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus
