Description du poste Nous recherchons aujourd'hui un(e) Guest Relation Manager H/F dans le cadre d'un CDI en temps plein, 39h/semaine avec 4 jours travaillés et 3 jours de repos consécutifs . Jours de travail en semaine et/ou weekend avec des horaires de travail du matin ou du soir. D’excellente présentation et dynamique, sous la responsabilité de notre Directrice des Services d'Accueil, vous êtes en charge de la personnalisation et la fidélisation des clients, en collaboration avec les différents services de l'hôtel.

Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre des moyens nécessaires à la satisfaction des séjours des clients, plus particulièrement des VIP, et irez au-devant de leurs attentes (préparation des séjours, suivi des demandes particulières & des préférences, gestion des accueils, contact privilégié pour les clients VIP).

Évoluant au sein des Services d’Accueil, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement de la Réception, de la Conciergerie et de la Bagagerie. En tant qu’ambassadeur(rice) de la Direction de l’hôtel, vous participez au déploiement des actions correctives dans le cadre de la gestion des réclamations / priorités et veiller à la délivrance de la qualité de service. Vous avez un rôle clé et moteur dans le suivi de la relation clientèle au sein de l’hôtel SCRIBE, dans le respect des standards et objectifs fixés par la marque Sofitel.

A même de promouvoir l’établissement et son story-telling, vous êtes la personne en charge des visites de l’hôtel. Enfin, vous suivez les performances qualitatives de l’hôtel au quotidien et assurez les réponses aux commentaires clients (suivi satisfaction globale, RPS, ….) Excellente présentation & aisance relationnelle Très bon niveau d’expression orale et écrite Expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie de luxe ou dans un établissement haut de gamme du secteur du Luxe Anglais et Chinois indispensable (oral & écrit), la maîtrise de l'arabe serait un plus Connaissance PMS (OPERA de préférence) Informations supplémentaires
