We are looking for a dedicated Guest Services Supervisor to enhance our guests' experiences at The Scarlet, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel. This role is pivotal in leading our front desk team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.
As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of front desk associates and collaborating with various departments to deliver a seamless experience for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and recognition initiatives, all aimed at maintaining a skilled and motivated team.
If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and excel in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to consider this rewarding opportunity.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk management or a related field
Strong leadership and management capabilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Experience with cash handling is essential
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
