Who We Need: We're searching for a Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts for our newest product, ReadyRemit and Latitude. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, generate and follow up on leads, and sign new clients. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the sales process and a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and is a hybrid role. One to two days each week will be spent working from our office in the Smyrna/Vinings area. What You'll Do: Working with the VP of Sales, develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted revenue growth. Through a combination of warm leads and market research, identify new business opportunities to expand Brightwell's customer base and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic and channel partners, and industry influencers to drive sales. Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral, content, and sales campaigns to support sales activities. Provide accurate sales reports, analysis, and forecasts to senior management to support decision making. Remain current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Represent Brightwell at industry events and conferences. Exhibit patience with long sales cycles and continue to nurture the clients throughout this process. Deliver agreed-upon new clients and contract renewals each year. As a Senior Sales Executive, you have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred, but not required. 5+ years of business development experience in payments, FinTech, or banking. 5+ years of cross border remittance experience. Experience working successfully using a sales methodology (Challenger, NEAT, Sandler, etc.) and the ability to speak to your results. Demonstrated ability to sell to enterprise clients and manage complex negotiations. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights. Proven negotiation and closing skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking - you're strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data for insights as you are at reading clients for feedback.
