Customer Care Represenative Ambulatory Care

Do you want to take part in positively impacting patient and healthcare needs? Hospital Central Services, Inc. & Affiliates (HCSC) a linen rental service has been dedicated to providing its partners with innovative healthcare solutions. Customer Care Representative will work in our Ambulatory Care Division, Roble Road Allentown, PA.
Customer Care Representative will ensure that all communications with customers, proactive, reactive, new, or exiting will be efficient and to the standards set by HCSC Ambulatory Care.
Call Center Communication
Coordinates with Customer Service manager and Call Center to ensure the AC CRM is updated and customers are responded to with resolution within 24 hours pending customer response.
Coordinating Customer Visitations
Scheduling proactive visitations with reactive follow up to customer concerns weekly. Visitations to be documented.
Customer visits should include surveys of quality, quantity, and delivery efficiencies. Identifying opportunities to control inventory and set a plan of action with the customer and the Service Team.
Identify and promote the sale or add product of all rental, commodity items. Inform, coach the Service Team to enhance the opportunities of our service territory.
Education
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience
1 year Sales/Marketing - Customer Service Representative Required
1 year each of the following Preferred:
Sales/Marketing/Service/Healthcare/Customer Service
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, including technical writing, business reporting & oral communication
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently, solve problems and make decisions, seeking appropriate guidance as necessary
*Valid Driver's License Required
*Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen
