Job Overview

Comforting Home Care by Phoebe is a distinguished non-medical home care service provider, in search of a dedicated Scheduling Supervisor. This role offers both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities in an office environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of Direct Care Workers and Clients, ensuring alignment with approved hours.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff and families to guarantee optimal staffing solutions.
  • Provide on-call support during selected evenings and participate in weekend and holiday rotations.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and managing schedules.
  • Foster positive relationships among staff, clients, and families.
  • Ensure that staff, clients, and families have access to necessary resources for effective service delivery.
  • Advocate for patients and families while upholding ethical practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee and client records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in scheduling or staffing roles. Previous direct care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid PA Driver's License.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Encouragement of caregiving experience is highly valued.
