Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to clients, leveraging 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize various software platforms, including Word, Excel, and Dropbox, to manage client interactions.
  • Address client complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive demeanor.
  • Exhibit a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assist with home care visits as needed.
  • Experience in scheduling and familiarity with the HHA Exchange platform is advantageous.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
