This position requires a high level of technical expertise in networking technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors. Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support business objectives. Provide technical expertise in networking technologies and problem-solving skills. Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintained. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalated support. Lead network projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures. Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for network enhancements. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct network performance tuning and optimization activities. Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Train and mentor junior engineers and IT staff on network technologies and best practices. Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions as needed. Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate network systems with other technology platforms. Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize network performance and scalability. Qualifications Now let’s talk about you 5+years Experience in designing complex network infrastructures for LANs, WANs, data centers, cloud networks and software defined networks. Proven track record in implementing network projects from planning to deployment. Strong background in network security practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, security policies and network segmentation. Extensive experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions. Experience in working with network vendors, negotiating outcomes, and managing relationships Information Technology Bachelor or Higher Development languages such as Python, Powershell
