Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Nursing, Psychology, Sociology, or related field; or An associate degree and at least one-year professional experience in the field; orA High School Diploma and at least three years of relevant professional experience. Bilingual, Spanish and English Speaking preferred.Demonstrates cultural and linguistic competence in dealing with members with a variety of different cultural backgrounds and linguistic needs.Demonstrates willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse member populations. Demonstrates working knowledge of community resources and how to help members access them.Knowledge of mental illness, the interface between mental health and medical conditions and systems, substance abuse, and care management. Professional demeanor in communicating with members, colleagues, and other providers. Familiarity with Internet, email systems, and electronic health records (EHRs). Reliable and legally registered vehicle required.Valid driver's license required.
