We are currently seeking an Office Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team. The Office Manager plays a crucial role within the Residential Center component of our care system, operating under the guidance of the Center Director. This position is essential in establishing a safe and healthy atmosphere for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Follow program policies and procedures diligently.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Work independently with minimal oversight.
- Prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Interact professionally with both staff and clients.
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- Possess knowledge of addiction issues.
- Demonstrate competency in problem-solving, stress management, ethics, and team collaboration.
- Uphold a professional code of ethics.
- Compile financial and billing documentation.
- Verify insurance details through direct communication with providers.
- Complete medical records for patients upon discharge.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support aspects of the recovery program related to physical health.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in computer use within a Windows environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Availability for occasional evening shifts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain schedules.
- Capacity to enforce program requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
