Key Responsibilities:
•
Stakeholder Collaboration:
◦
Work with key stakeholders across business areas to identify and gather requirements.
◦
Develop and document functional and technical specifications based on stakeholder inputs.
•
Technical Team Coordination:
◦
Collaborate with technical teams to articulate requirements clearly.
◦
Ensure that technical teams fully understand the requirements to deliver effective solutions.
◦
Deliver any functional/technical designs specs where needed.
•
Testing and Support:
◦
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of test scenarios.
◦
Manage change management processes and conduct end-user training.
◦
Assist with data migration and system implementation tasks.
•
ERP System Expertise:
◦
Provide a strong functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, focusing on order-to-production and order-to-cash flows.
◦
Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Version R 12.1.3 or higher.
•
Integrated Process Management:
◦
Familiarity with integrated processes such as billing, inventory management, job tracking/management, and print operations.
•
Industry Knowledge:
◦
Understanding of print and customer communications management.
◦
Knowledge of automated document workflows.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in working with stakeholders across various business areas to gather requirements and develop specifications.
•
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams.
•
Experience in supporting UAT testing, change management, end-user training, and migration activities.
•
Deep functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, particularly Oracle ERP Version R 12.1.3 or higher.
•
Familiarity with integrated processes including billing, inventory management, job tracking/management, and print operations.
•
Knowledge of print and customer communications management and automated document workflows.
•
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Certification in Oracle ERP or related areas.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
