Work You'll Do:
As an ERP Strategy and Selection Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of evaluating, selecting, and implementing Cloud ERP systems that best align with their business objectives and operational requirements. You will work closely with clients to assess their current systems, understand their business processes, and formulate a comprehensive Cloud ERP strategy tailored to their needs. Leveraging your expertise in ERP systems and industry best practices, you will provide insightful recommendations and facilitate the selection process to ensure successful outcomes for our clients. Every day you'll be making a positive impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing systems, business processes, and IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to define their ERP objectives, functional requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform the selection process.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for ERP implementation, encompassing software evaluation, vendor selection, project planning, and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment between client needs and ERP solution capabilities.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on ERP implementation methodologies, including project management, data migration, system integration, and customization.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project findings, recommendations, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP systems and implementation methodologies to continuously enhance expertise and value proposition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance beyond the initial project engagement.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ Years proven experience in ERP strategy consulting, including ERP system evaluation, selection, and implementation projects.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and modules across finance, supply chain, and human resources.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, facilitate discussions, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
