Job Description: Call Center Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require special handling.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High level of patience and empathy.
