Key Responsibilities Procurement: Execute on day to day procurement activities including the full purchase order lifecycle, inventory management, and new vendor onboarding. Process Development: Build out best in class procurement processes to ensure the procurement function keeps pace with company growth in a fast growing start up. Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that align with Maev’s quality standards, pricing objectives, and strategic roadmap. Continuously assess market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize sourcing strategic. Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers. Collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. Resolve supplier issues promptly and effectively. Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or delivery timelines. Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement process. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, marketing, and product development teams, to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the procurement process.Collaborate and proactively communicate with external partners to ensure sufficient and on time supply for production runs. Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Address performance issues proactively and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain operational excellence. Qualifications & Experience

BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering 3-5 years’ relevant experience in supply chain (in procurement with a brand utilizing contract manufacturing partners, CPG brand experience preferred) Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management, and cost savings initiatives. Strong attention to detail & accuracy; highly organized Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, critical thinking, ability to use data to develop an opinion Strong interpersonal & communication skills Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment Strong team player with sense of ownership & pride in performance and its impact on company’s success, phenomenal collaborator Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement About You
