  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global personnel to ensure alignment of the purchasing function with key strategic corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute advanced negotiation strategies that support business objectives; includes structuring and negotiating complex contractual agreements.
  • Complete contract review and negotiation activities; conduct financial analysis of supplier proposals; manage key business terms, expiration dates, amendments, etc.
  • Deliver sourcing recommendations based on comprehensive competitive analysis; may include financial analysis, supplier quality and/or technical capabilities, availability and assurance of supply, etc.
  • Manage supplier performance and relationships; must be able to develop relationships and interface with supplier representatives to ensure supplier commitment.
  • Develop metrics and industry benchmarks to define and measure key performance indicators. Develop standard reporting templates to be delivered on a regular basis as required by management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • BS degree and 10+ years of experience in procurement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Prior team leadership experience and demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Highly motivated & works well under pressure
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • SAP software experience
  • Preferred - APICS Certified
