Job Description:

Dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our cybersecurity program. lay a vital part in the success of our cybersecurity initiatives by providing administrative support, coordinating project activities, and ensuring efficient communication among team members. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the overall cybersecurity efforts of the U.S. Navy.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating cybersecurity projects. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Communication Management: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and external partners.

Documentation Management: Be proficient with MS Word, Adobe, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, Policy Documents, Business processes. Ensure that project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members.

Risk and Issue Tracking: Document project risks and issues. Work with project managers and team leads to document mitigation strategies and resolutions

Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance activities, including reviewing project deliverables, and conducting quality checks

Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures. Identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains within the cybersecurity program.

Qualifications:

Administrative Experience: Proven experience in providing administrative support to a project. Experience in cybersecurity projects is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey project-related information clearly and concisely.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Thoroughness in maintaining project documentation and records.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the cybersecurity program.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Flexibility to handle evolving tasks and responsibilities.

Security Clearance:

Education : Yes – College with concentration in Business or similar study. Experience can be substituted for degree.

Applicant:

Is legally allowed to work in the United States, and able to work in office environment with occasional Site visits.

Veteran

status is a plus. Navy Yeoman (YN) or Aviation Maintenance Administration (AZ) is a plus

Experience:

1-4 years: Experience of projects, business to business services, and/or labor services such as maintenance, landscaping, material cleanliness etc.

Place of Performance : San Diego, CA. Hybrid weekly schedule of 2 days a week on client site in Pt Loma CA, and 3 days from home or other location. Option to work 9 days in two week 80 hour pay period.

Salary : Full Time 40 hours a week. At or above industry standards
