DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will oversee daily project administration and coordination tasks to ensure successful project completion. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Estimating labor needs
  • Coordinating field deliveries
  • Maintaining project documentation

  • Preparing job start-up and close-out checklists

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Ability to analyze productivity and plan for material deliveries
  • Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, specifications, and drawings
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Mac Mail
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
