Considering candidates who will be based in IL but will report to the Frisco office. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment. Provides technical support to customers including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines. Provides training of customers’ operators and maintenance personnel. Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules. Your Profile / Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5+ years hands-on technical experience on electro-mechanical systems as applied to state-of-the-art industrial machinery. Horizontal Packaging experience strongly . Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC & servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC and PC based control systems. Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics and hydraulics. Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills and enjoy working with people. Able to multi-task and work under extreme pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently. Excellent computer literacy including knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Able to travel extensively (up to 90%) including weekends and on short notice. Some travel may be for extended periods (up to 3 weeks).
