Role Overview:
The position involves providing urgent and scheduled maintenance for equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Technical Support:
Offer expert assistance to clients, addressing troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Mechanical Proficiency:
Utilize mechanical skills to conduct troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems associated with industrial machinery.
Training and Compliance:
Deliver training sessions for customer operators and maintenance teams, while adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems in an industrial context.
- Preferred experience in horizontal packaging systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control systems.
- Proficient in mechanical systems, including power transmission and fluid dynamics.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a strong command of English and effective listening skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate computer proficiency, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
- Willingness to travel extensively, potentially up to 90%, including weekends and short-notice trips.
