Hybrid Patient Support - Customer service
Job Description:
  • Answer calls, emails and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. Calls are auto-connected, so it is HIGH volume.
  • Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
  • Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed.
  • Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient's healthcare provider.
Requirement :
Looking for someone with call center experience/customer service experience.

Work Environment
  • Two shifts available: 9:00am to 5pm and 11:00am to 8pm.
  • Desk job in a closed-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone.
  • Three-week training in person (8:00 to 5pm), then move to hybrid
