Key Responsibilities:
The Patient Care Support Specialist will provide essential assistance to patients and healthcare professionals through various tasks. Scheduled shifts are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Daily on-site attendance is required, with limited hybrid options available.

  • Must possess experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other inquiries.
