Job Overview

As a Patient Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage communications via phone, email, and other channels from patients and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced setting. Work Environment

This position is based in a professional pharmacy setting where you will engage with patients and providers primarily over the phone. Two shifts are available: 9:30 AM to 5 PM and 11:30 AM to 8 PM. You will participate in a comprehensive 3-week training program, and upon successful completion of your performance metrics, you may have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home two days a week.
