Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities Plan and design manufacturing equipment and processes. Ensure equipment meets safety standards. Improve efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, and workforce use. Identify necessary parts, equipment, and tools for manufacturing goals. Develop plans for short- and long-term efficiency improvements. Present new equipment, products, and processes to leadership. Lead key improvement projects. Automate manual processes where possible. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment. Mentor junior engineers and technicians. Apply mechanical and process design knowledge in manufacturing. Manage multiple projects independently. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have excellent organizational and communication skills. Understand lean manufacturing systems. Lead cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Engineering/Continuous Improvement leadership role in multi-plant environment desired. 5+ Years of experience as a manufacturing engineer. 5+ Years of experience in manufacturing environment Previous Experience in a Multi Plant Environment and ability to travel required. #M1
