Position Overview:

- Spearhead significant improvement initiatives.
- Automate manual tasks wherever feasible.
- Cultivate a culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Diagnose and repair manufacturing machinery.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Utilize mechanical and process design expertise in manufacturing settings.
- Independently manage multiple projects.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Have a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in an Engineering/Continuous Improvement leadership role within a multi-plant setting is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in a multi-plant environment and willingness to travel is required.
