Campaign Creation and Management: Plan, create, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social ads platforms, ensuring effective targeting, monitoring, and optimization. Content Strategy: Develop a strategic content approach and collaborate with our writers to create compelling, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with the target audience. SEO: Analyze and optimize website content for search engines to increase organic and paid traffic. Social Media Management: Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing and nurture campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, writers, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign ROI and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and reporting tools. Proficiency with digital marketing software and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, social media ads platforms, and email marketing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
