Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

What You'll Do:

•Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads and sales.

•Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media including display, retargeting, content syndication, social.

•Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and engaging digital content across various platforms including GA4, 6sense, Pardot and HubSpot.

•Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

•Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

•Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors as needed.

•Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

•Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What You Bring to the Role:

•Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

•Experience with audience segmentation and developing unique messaging for different audiences. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.

•Effectively manage and refine all digital ROI and KPI goals and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.

•The ability to produce executive level reports and presentations on a routine basis.
