Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at the Texas Medical Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing tactics to improve email marketing open and click rates, reduce unsubscribes and bounces, and enhance social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including creating audiences, coordinating client approvals, and tracking results.
  2. Create and maintain custom dynamic target audiences and upload excel lists of contacts into TMA's CRM.
  3. Design and implement workflows in HubSpot for email campaign automation.
  4. Manage the project tracking calendar emails, ensuring timely delivery of products and effective communication with clients.
  5. Monitor and resolve issues related to unsubscribed contacts on a weekly basis.
  6. Provide weekly statistics to the Digital Marketing Manager on email and newsletter performance.
  7. Update contacts subscription settings and maintain accurate data in TMA's database.
  8. Develop and schedule social media posts to engage with our audience.
  9. Manage and implement other projects as identified by the Digital Marketing Manager.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a concentrated understanding of marketing and email promotion, social media, and project management. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills are required. Experience in executing social media campaigns and using social analytics is essential. Proficiency in HubSpot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic HTML, email marketing, and website platforms is necessary.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, writing, and editing skills, as well as the ability to carry a project through to successful completion.
