Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at TechLink Systems. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and landing pages.
  • Utilize Adobe Marketo Engage to build and execute marketing automation campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine audience requirements, create audience segments, and ensure data integrity.
  • Work with the Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions to ensure proper use of the EP tech stack and maintain an up-to-date inventory of digital products for use in campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO/PPC optimization to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of global geographies and selling divisions to ensure communications campaigns enable sales organizations.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in Adobe Marketo Engage, building emails, journeys, and landing pages.
  • Ability to build relationships and work on projects across multiple teams, building trust to grow influence with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Digital marketing experience in regulated markets.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of UX/CX best practices.
  • Digital or brand marketing experience in the Medical Device industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
