We're growing, and we need a Customer Service Representative who's as amped about excellence and efficiency as we are.

Your New Role:

As our Customer Service Representative, you're the first contact point for our clients and the pivotal link to our technicians.

Manage incoming service calls with ServiceTitan, ensuring each customer feels heard and helped.

Coordinate dispatch and follow-ups, keeping service tight and timelines on track.

Forge solid relationships with field technicians, steering clear of static to keep workflows smooth.

Handle customer queries with the finesse of a seasoned pro, knowing when to escalate and when to resolve.

Dive into sales opportunities during client interactions, always ready to light up a deal.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service representative.

Proven customer service experience in a service-oriented sector.

Experience working in the service industry ideally with ServiceTitan.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations.

Basic understanding of electrical services (preferred, not required).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
