Key Responsibilities: Ability to work across departments to assemble materials and manage the proposal process from start to delivery, including researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner. Use of AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT and other AI tools) to create RFPs (Request for Proposal) or RFQs (Request for Qualifications). Research, manage, or assemble materials (MPRs – minimum project requirements, resumes, government documentation, project photos, etc.). Revise RFP or RFQ per feedback from Management. Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines. Track and input opportunities, activities, and documentation into CRM systems. Participate in weekly meetings. Collaborate with the team to grow, manage, and improve the customer acquisition process. Assist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessary. Qualifications: Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Bachelor's preferred. Experience: 1 year exposure to sales and marketing initiatives within the foodservice/hospitality/foodservice equipment manufacturing industry preferred, or 3 years general sales, marketing, or administrative responsibilities. Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Use of Google (or similar) to research. Exposure to BlueBeam Revu/Adobe, InDesign, and/or Canva a plus.
