General Purpose:

Provide field support to strategic and regional accounts. As an Account Manager, you will need to be a dynamic communicator with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.

Corporate Responsibilities:
•Understand and comply with CCL's Corporate Expectations and company policies in everything you do at CCL.
•Communicate, model and maintain compliance with CCL's corporate expectations and policies by incorporating those behaviors into all routine interactions with CCL associates, customers and vendors.
•All CCL associates are asked to be "mindful" of their personal health and expected to work safely at all times for themselves and their families. Additionally, CCL associates are expected to "lookout" for the safety of others and immediately communicate any safety related concerns to the appropriate person(s), regardless of position or rank.
•Assist Service Manager and shop personnel as instructed
•Ensure physical appearance of designated workspace meet and or exceed CCL expectations
•Provide ideas and feedback on how to improve parts coordination
•Overall management of the CCL parts inventory

Duties & Responsibilities:

Account Manager Purpose: Develops new business and maintains existing account base by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.

-Every CCL employee is expected to take care of their health and work safely at all times for themselves, their families and the safety of their coworkers

-Understand and comply with Star's Core Values and company polices in everything you do at Star

-Demonstrates efficient time and territory management including skills such as segmentation and assessment of "fit" with the Star business model

-Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.

-Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.

-Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•Good understanding of maintenance practices/procedures within our industry
