Job Title: Named Account Manager

Arista Networks is seeking a highly skilled Named Account Manager to join our Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Syracuse and Upstate NY area.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of data-driven, client-to-cloud networking solutions. As a Named Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales targets within a targeted list of named accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Arista systems engineers to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership.
  • Work with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions.
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.
  • Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.
  • Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-n-learns, and technology forums.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technology sales experience, with a proven track record of direct selling into target accounts.
  • Relevant data center or networking industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user.
  • Strong rolodex and relationships within the territory.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas: Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing.
What We Offer

Arista Networks offers a competitive salary range of $108,000 to $148,000, as well as discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
