Position Summary As a Vice President, Customer Success, you will ensure the success of our customers by illustrating how the Domo product will provide value to their company. You are responsible for developing your team and owning important relationships with each customer to ensure continued expansion opportunities as well as yearly subscription renewals. Key Responsibilities Become knowledgeable of Domo’s solutions and service offerings, including SaaS business solutions and implementation methodologies and advanced service offerings. Coach and develop the team and provide world-class support to our customers. Build executive partnerships across all organizations at Domo; this includes consulting, support, and product teams to ensure we are collecting and sharing signals that will evolve Domo’s platform in view of the customers' uses of the product. Drive value realization for the customer; must have deep and programmatic adoption experience to ensure they are getting value from the platform. Expand Domo’s footprint in current customer accounts by driving product adoption and up-sell opportunities for licenses and services; as well as expanding executive relationships to strengthen our position for expansion. Work to ensure customer satisfaction with the Domo product by anticipating their needs, understanding the overall vision of their company, and helping stakeholders achieve business success through the Domo platform. Job Requirements 10 years of professional B2B selling and/or renewal experience in technology sales or client relationship management. 10 years of leadership experience leading teams of 50 to meet and exceed performance goals. Track record for building and growing a world-class organization. Experience building out a Services or Customer Engagement function. Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers. Technically adaptive, ability to learn new solutions, features/functionality, and communicate those in a value-added way to customers. Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas; self-motivated and driven by results. Technical proficiency in SaaS and data platforms.
