We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. While experience as a paralegal is beneficial, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using CRM systems, building and maintaining customer relationships, and preparing detailed documents. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both from home and our office.
Responsibilities
•Manage and enhance customer relationships through effective use of CRM software.
•Assist clients with the funding process for their trusts, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and organized.
•Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on their funding status.
•Coordinate with estate planning law firms, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client service.
•Maintain and organize client files and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the funding process.
Qualifications
•Experience with CRM systems and managing customer relationships.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Experience in estate planning or financial document preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
•Experience with managing technology independently. Experience in Microsoft Office suite required. While this is not a working interview, you may be required to demonstrate technological abilities during an interview.
