Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our esteemed team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to our existing clientele, acting as a liaison between clients and Financial Advisors. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, conducting research, and facilitating communication regarding client accounts. Additionally, the role encompasses supporting daily operations, utilizing Thrivent's advanced systems and programs to enhance client relations and assist Financial Advisors in their planning activities.

- Create tailored financial strategies addressing clients' investment, retirement, estate planning, tax, and insurance requirements

- Propose suitable investment portfolios aligned with clients' goals and preferences, considering asset allocation, diversification, and market dynamics
- Continuously monitor clients' investment portfolios, providing regular performance assessments and recommendations for necessary adjustments
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory updates, and emerging investment products to deliver superior service and expertise
- Foster and maintain robust client relationships through consistent communication and proactive engagement
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines governing the financial advisory profession
- Work autonomously with minimal oversight, ensuring strong service and relationship management with existing clients
- Maintain and update client information within planning tools
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning or wealth management
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment vehicles, and tax strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients
- Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding service and results for clients
- Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with an insurance license
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and fiduciary responsibilities to clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work amidst frequent interruptions
