Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or life sciences industry. In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry, payers, healthcare providers, and other relevant organizations. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Authorization to work in the USA.
