The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the support architecture of established, key accounts within our portfolio. This position provides comprehensive sales support including proposals, pricing, product presentation, contract management & sales assistance. This person will build relationships with key contacts with our retail partners, collaborate to drive growth initiatives and manage the corresponding sales administration process. This position will set and monitor sales metrics, product sales reports and manage account budgets. The Inside Sales Manager is someone that can lead and motivate a team to achieve published sales goals. This position requires occasional travel to attend partner meetings, tradeshows and customer sales team trainings.
**Key high-level deliverables will include:**
* Leads cross functional team to identify the process steps (process model) required to develop an inside sales support organization. Document all processes, and communicate throughout the organization.
* Drive inside sales activities to achieve or exceed channel sales objectives with focus on retaining and generating new revenue from existing customers
* Monitor sales verses plan in detail, adapt and manage sales activities to meet or exceed plan
* Report results to leadership monthly
* Measure sales performance and suggest improvements to processes as appropriate
* Maintain a deep understanding of products, functions and services
* Articulate the brand value proposition with retail partners and be able to effectively train direct reports to do so
* Drive adoption of Bush program offering across all customers
* Partner with Sales Leadership to align and develop effective cross functional relationships
* Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners
* Build and maintain relationships with retail partners; collaborate to resolve issues, uncover new opportunities and discuss improvements to aid in achieving sales growth
* Ensure project alignment with corporate strategy
* Drive sales project activities through the Bush organization ensuring marketing, sales, product, pricing, IT, distribution and admin organizations complete the needed deliverables on time and as specified. Hold regular project status meetings. Ensure everyone understands the deliverables you need and the dates theyre needed. Get commitments from the support organizations to deliver what is needed on time and follow up to ensure they produce as needed.
* Manage customer budgets
* Engage, coach, mentor and interact with direct reports on a daily basis; ensure proper training and development plans are utilized and delivered regularly and properly

* Inside Sales Representative, Inside Sales Specialist
- Has authority to direct spending within the limits of project or event budgets once cost justifications have been completed and approved.
- Authority to authorize variable account funding once justifications have been completed and approved.
**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:**
* Labor Category - Exempt
* Expected schedule 8am-5pm
**Travel:**
* Occasional travel

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office environment with travel approximately quarterly.

**Required Education and Experience:**
* Required to understand and communicate in English
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Three to five years experience in a CRM role.
* Project management training and skills required. Formal project management training a plus.
* Pricing & costing experience needed.
* Furniture product knowledge and furniture industry experience would be helpful.
**Competencies/Skills** **:**
* Strong written and oral communications skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Highly organized and self-motivated
* Negotiating skills required.
