Electrical Components and Wiring: Work with various electrical components and wiring to build wiring harnesses and perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP). Tool Utilization: Utilize aviation electrical tools, such as crimp tools, Digital Multimeters (DMM), and wire strippers. Use small hand tools, including wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers, for some mechanical assembly tasks. Precision Measurement: Use precision measurement tools, such as scales, digital and dial calipers, and micrometers, to ensure accuracy in assembly. Unit Modification: Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, reassemble, and test units as needed to meet specifications and quality standards.
