CAMBAs Human Resources Department manages all aspects of human resources and administrative functions such as onboarding, employee benefits, compensation, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and performance measurement/appraisal.

Position: Assistant, Talent Acquisition (Temp)

Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition

Location: 1720 Church Ave Brooklyn NY 11225 (Remote)

What The Talent Acquisition Associate Does:

+ Support the design and restructure of Talent Acquisition and support implementing the Applicant Tracking System

+ Assist with the creation of positions & positions seats in the ATS

+ Create templates in the ATS

+ Enter data in various systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

+ Assists with job posting and advertisement processes as needed

+ Perform HR admins tasks in support of TA and ATS

+ Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

+ Sufficient education and technical expertise to comprehend written and oral instructions (work orders); basic math to accomplish maintenance tasks and to document accomplished tasks.

Other Requirements:

+ Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Basic analytical & math skills.

+ Good written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

+ Computer literacy in other Microsoft Office Suite products.

+ Experience with Human Resources Information Systems & Applicant Tracking Systems. (Preferred)

+ Two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a mid-sized (250+ employees) organization. (Preferred)

Compensation: $24 per hour

When salary ranges are listed, the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate. This includes but is not limited to experience, education, budget and/or program size, internal equity, skills and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.

Status: Full-time (35 hours per week) (3 months)
