Job Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on the placement of healthcare Providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and various Specialists (e.g., Cardiologists, OBGYNs, Podiatrists, Pediatricians, Endocrinologists, Family Medicine Physicians, Dentists, Orthodontists, Ophthalmologists, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing, qualifying, and screening candidates; conducting interviews; collaborating with hiring managers; and extending job offers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment is essential.
- SHPR and/or PHR Certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital.
*Occasional travel may be required.
