Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, strong business insight, operational expertise, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Comprehensive understanding of talent planning, acquisition, and integration.
  • Successful history of designing and executing top-tier recruitment systems in rapidly growing organizations.
  • Proficiency in recruitment marketing and attracting exceptional talent.
  • At least 5 years of experience with applicant tracking systems and advanced HR/recruitment technologies.
  • Experience with innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, particularly in high-volume recruitment settings.
Compensation: $95k - $125k/Year
